When we started looking for a property on the coast we
were not familiar with the area and did not konw any real
estate agents in the area.
How fortunate we were to meet John Ricks. John took the
time to listen to what we were looking for. Then he showed
us several properties that suited our needs. He obviously
does his home work since he knew a great deal-both good and
bad-about the properties he showed us. His honesty was
greatly appreciated. We finally chose a property and John
stuck with us through a very difficult closing. Though none
of the closing problems were created by John, he took the
time and effort to make sure every problem was handled.
We have owned our condo since March of 2003 and love it.

I think everyone posting so far was purchasing with John.
We are the opposite. We engaged John to sell our townhouse
in a depressed real estate market. John never gave up and
was always prompt in responding to any request. It took
almost a year, but he stayed with it to the end to help
bring a buyer to the table. I would recommend John to either
Buyer or Seller.
